In Fitness Kickboxing, we work on strength and fitness (fitness) with the effective methods of kickboxing. However, we avoid fighting elements in this course. We focus first and foremost on fitness. In Fitness Kickboxing, you can exhaust yourself in a group of like-minded individuals and define your body.
Circuit Training is an intensive strength and endurance training in a group, where you perform various exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells, weight plates and other tools. The numerous exercises provide a lot of variety.
With free training in our fitness area, you can design your own workout, find an excellent addition to your martial arts training and get the maximum out of your workout in terms of strength, endurance and stability.
Would you like to get individual training sessions where you receive special attention? Then we’ll be happy to offer you a personal one-on-one or two-on-two training session to meet your specific needs. This way we can be flexible in coordinating the dates to suit you.
