            <\/strong>Orders can normally be collected against prepayment or cash payment. Hierzu haben Sie 3 M\u00f6glichkeiten:5.1 Sie bestellen \u00fcber unseren Webshop und bezahlen mit Kreditkarte oder \u00fcber Twint, wir erhalten zeitgleich den \u00fcberwiesenen Betrag und l\u00f6sen Ihre Bestellung sofort aus.5.2 Sie geben Ihre Online Bestellung auf mit dem Vermerk \u201eVorauszahlung Rechnung\u201c. Sie erhalten nach Eingang Ihrer Bestellung raschm\u00f6glichst per E-Mail die Reservation\/Rechnung, welche Sie uns bitte begleichen. Nach Erhalt des verrechneten Betrages oder gegen Vorweisen des Einzahlungsbeleges sind die bestellten Artikel bei uns abholbar.\n

Bei Einzeltrainings ist die Buchungsbest\u00e4tigung vor dem Training dem jeweiligen TrainingsleiterIn unaufgefordert vorzuweisen. Die Buchungsbest\u00e4tigung ist dabei nur f\u00fcr das auf der Best\u00e4tigung aufgef\u00fchrte Datum und Training g\u00fcltig.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      1. Refunds
                        <\/strong>Memberships and individual training sessions are issued for specific periods and dates. Hat der betreffende Zeitraum bereits begonnen (Mitgliedschaften) oder liegt das Datum des Einzeltrainings bereits in der Vergangenheit, k\u00f6nnen die Buchungen nicht erstattet werden. Die Buchungen f\u00fcr Mitgliedschaften sowie Einzeltrainings k\u00f6nnen erstattet werden, bei Unfall, Krankheit oder Schwangerschaft und ausschliesslich gegen Vorweisen eine \u00e4rztlichen Attestes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        1. Term of memberships
                          <\/strong>After expiry of the contract term (annual or semi-annual), membership is automatically renewed for the same contract term, unless a letter of resignation is submitted.
                          Membership can be terminated one month in advance at the end of the month.
                          The letter of resignation must be sent to us by email at least four weeks before resignation                          (buchhaltung@kickboxclubbasel.ch).<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          1. Time stops for memberships
                            <\/strong>If a member is unable to take part in training for at least one month, but no longer than one year, due to injury or a stay abroad, he or she can take a time stop (on presentation of a medical certificate or proof of the stay abroad in the form of a flight ticket, hotel reservation, etc.).
                            Any fees already paid will be credited to the member and will not be refunded.
                            Time stops must always be reported immediately (exclusively by email to                             buchhaltung@kickboxclubbasel.ch).<\/a> Nachtr\u00e4gliche Time-Stops werden nicht akzeptiert.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            1. Insurance and liability
                              <\/strong>The member confirms that he\/she is in good health and able to take part in strength and contact sports as well as fitness and flexibility training. Weiter ist es dazu verpflichtet die jeweilige Trainingsperson zu informieren, sollte eine Einschr\u00e4nkung vorliegen. Insurance for participation in training, competitions, belt examinations and other events is the responsibility of the member.
                              Kickbox Club APEX Basel accepts no liability for any damage that may occur.
                              Damage to equipment or damage to the premises will be repaired at the expense of the person who caused it. Kickbox Club APEX Basel accepts no liability for theft or loss of private items such as clothing, valuables, jewelry, etc.\n<\/li>\n
                            2. Holidays\/Public vacations
                              <\/strong>Kickbox Club APEX Basel reserves the right to reduce training operations during public holidays and school vacations as well as during cleaning and renovation work. Dies ist im Mitgliederbeitrag mit einkalkuliert und f\u00fchrt zu keiner Reduktion des Beitrages.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>
