Kickboxen

Kickboxing combines the techniques of traditional martial arts and was designed as a competitive martial art where students of different styles (for example Karate, Taekwondo, Kungfu) could compete on contest level. Nowadays, Kickboxing is an independent and longestablished form of martial arts and is trained worldwide. With a wide range of hand and foot techniques, defense and block techniques, as well as combinations of the various punches, kickboxing is a very versatile martial art that is practiced in different disciplines (Light Contact, Kick Light, Point Fighting, Full Contact, Low Kick, K1).

As a new member you will gain insight into the technical variety of kickboxing and you will get to know the various disciplines. If you join us with advanced training experience as an experienced kickboxer, discipline-specific training is available.

In order to prepare your body for the dynamic and powerful fighting techniques of kickboxing, we go through an extensive strength and fitness workout in every training session. A very interesting aspect of kickboxing is the fact that all parts of the body are used during training, which makes kickboxing one of the most efficient and holistic workouts.

Training in groups creates team spirit, which provides an additional incentive and even more fun.
